Software refund - is it possible?

My husband bought a license to use Microsoft Business Office for a year. It is taking too much of my time to get it up and running so we have decided not to use it after all. Is it possible to get a refund? Does anyone know?

If OP is still in the trial period, then cancellation is possible. If OP paid a year subscription, then there is no grace. As a B2B transaction, consumer rights do not apply.
