kodi on pi zero

has anyone put kodi on pi zero? i have the original pi image on sdcard but can't get it to boot. just get green light flash twice. i can run noobs ok so not a problem with sdcard or pi. i have a pi 2 also runnng kodi ok

anyone got any ideas

It does work however the lack of resources can cause it to crash depending on the addons you use

what version are you using? i can't get the openelec rpi 6.0.1 img to boot

I am using Openelec 6 on a Pi Zero. However to get it to work I had to reformat the (previously used) card with SD Formatter with options Full (Overwrite) and Format Size Adjustment ON. Then I wrote the IMG to the card and it booted OK.

CPC farnell (my local wholesaler) who are a main Pi distributor told me that the product is no longer available (check their website) but a new product to be released mid march early april , NOT a cut down Pi tho

i used sd formatter but still did not boot. i did a full format and not a quick so will try again

would be surprised if they have discontinued already as they appear to have engineered a big demand
