Help with MYTYRES cancelling an order

I ordered 4 tyres fully fitted from the above, goods are in transit now to the fitting centre. I noticed on the paperwork no where does it state fully fitted so i queried this with MYtyres, they are now stating the price is NOT fully fitted and i now have to pay £15 per tyre for fitting.
I know 100% i ticked fully fitted, i even queried the price at the time and have an email from them saying price is inclusive, even now if i do another quote the price is the same fully fitted.
I have written back but they seem to playing dumb now.
As these are mail order can the below which i find in their own t+c's allow me to cancel and they ship back at their cost ?
3 Cancellation Policy
You may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without providing reasons in written form (e.g. fax, email). The period commences with the receipt of the goods at the earliest. To ensure the period of revocation the timely sending of the revocation or the object suffices.
The revocation shall be addressed to:

Fax: 01212-103330 or
Address: Delticom Tyres Ltd., 6 Langdale Court, Market Square, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6FG
Within the scope of your notice of revocation we would kindly ask you to notify us voluntarily about the reason for your return and we will collate other pieces of information, which are necessary for the fast and efficient processing of your revocation. In order for you not to suffer any inconveniences with the return, we collect the goods from you and we will refund the amount invoiced to the bank account as stored on our database. Thus you do not need to send any items to the Centre of Administration to Oxford (the declaration of the address is legally prescribed).

Read carefully all the documentation you have been sent - emails, delivery notes, etc.
If they state that you are responsible for the return costs when there is nothing wrong with the goods, then you are.
However, if 'fully fitted' was included in the price you paid, then you do not have to pay the return costs if you wish to cancel because they will not provide the service you have paid for.
Proving that may be difficult.0 -
Thx and thats the argument i'm having, the fully fitted is merely a tick box. I know 100% i ticked it.
Even now if i do another quote fully fitted the tyres come out at £78.70 per tyre. I paid £80.40 ! no idea why daily variable i guess, so even they would be hard pushsed to say my price is not fitted when i can buy, today, fully fitted 4 cheaper !
I have sent them pscreens of their own website to show such, lets hope i can get them to cover the cost.0 -
Strangely I was looking at tyres on their site the other day. I clicked fully fitted but then when I clicked to see the different fitting locations in my area I noticed most had additional fitting fees displayed.
Didn't seem to make sense.
So I went to Blackcircles instead.0 -

Wish i'd followed my gut instinct as well, i did email them to check and got the reply below so foolishly proceeded !!
