Ok so joined match.com for 6 months for £41.94... Paid with Barclaycard initial... But why did I have to join a subscription for another £41.40 for 6 months I only wanted to pay £41.94 for 6 months no other extras.. It wouldn't let the pass the select/boost package page & I had to choose one and pay... I want refund of £41.40 as didn't state on their website that i had to pay twice feel ripped off.... Can I get refund I have emailed them & Paypal...
Am I entitled to refund can barclaycard help??
sorted got refund off match.com/paypal so should get that in a few days so potentially
