Samsung Gear S Watch

I'm moving from Apple to Samsung and want a replacement for my Apple Watch.
The one that draws me the most is the Gear S but it seems to be difficult to get unless you go on eBay. I have seen second hand ones go for £150 but this is new for a bit more:

It seems too cheap really but cannot see anything wrong, can you?
