It really is amazing how many "Newbies" with only one post know exactly where all the parts of the forum are

I have been here a few years now and not visted 90% of them :o

I don't even bother with it when I see that is the way they are running it. It all seems a little unfair to all members as those who work during the day don't even have the chance of trying to find any with it starting at noon but i think it was mentioned before by a few people and they still carry on running it like this . A much fairer way to guarantee all members have a chance is to just run a random draw and leave it open for a couple of days but up to them how they run it I suppose.

I may be an old cynic too but wouldn't surprise me if some of these "newbies" are one in the same.

I would agree, I make this point every time.

Normally I'm trying to hold down a full-time job, and am not free to spend an hour searching for codes/prizes.

Today I was out at a Carer's Information drop-in session. No way I could rearrange that. So once again, I couldn't participate.

Seems terribly unfair - at least most comps are a draw, so it doesn't matter when you enter so long as it's before the close!

As soon as the last code was found the page was closed

I wonder if they were expecting many complaints :rotfl:

unfortunately they are letting people know who are winners by pm, so we wont even see what percentage of the winners registered feb2016! i imagine the majority!

Strange how so many new members registered for that 1 competition -- but when you look at their profiles most have now logged off and the rest of them are not even looking at any other competition post
So obviously they are not interested in comping
