Strange carry-on!
As we hadn't all had a WEM, it didn't sound at all like the Boots / Barcelona fiasco, so would have urged you to follow it up.
However, the 2nd email that said the first one was an error was actually sent in error....
Whatever, this is a good result, so probably best not to question any further!

I received the winning email, then today the same email saying it was an administrative error, I am going to reply back to Georgia and see what happens. I was looking forward to my prize.

Make sure you don't use my example email incase the op used it, when you email don't make it aware you know they have awarded others the prize in similar circumstances.

It will be totally wrong of them to have awarded as it seems the op and the choosen winner the prize and not yourself.

This will be interesting to see how they make good on this.

I'm presuming as it's one of the largest PR companies in the UK that they are insured against something like this? or they will have the know how to make this situation right.
