The Prize Draw closes at 13:00 on 22nd March 2016. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.

The name randomly drawn from the valid entries after the closing date will be the Grand Prize Winner who will receive a 9 night holiday for 2 persons (the name drawn and 1 guest of their choice over 18) to Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong with Travelbag. The holiday includes:

• Return economy flights from London to Hong Kong for 2 persons
• All transfers between the three prize destinations for 2 persons including transfers between hotel and port of entry
• 3 Nights at twin sharing room at the 5 Star Harbour Grand Hong Kong, breakfast included
• 3 Nights at twin sharing room at the 5 Star Sofitel Macao, breakfast included
• 3 Nights at twin sharing room at the 5 Star Crowne Plaza City Centre, Guangdong, breakfast included
• Hong Kong City Tour (half day) for 2 persons

1. All other incidental expenses including domestic travel to and from the London airport, other meals apart from those included in the Grand Prize and any other costs of a personal nature not specifically stated in these Terms & Conditions are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
2. The Prize must be booked before 30th June 2016 for travel before 30th November 2016.
3. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her travelling companion are also responsible for their own travel insurance and any visas and inoculations that may be required to visit Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong. The travel companion must be over 18 years of age and all passengers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining on the date of the return trip. HKTB, its Partners and the prize sponsors accept no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the Grand Prize.
4. The Grand Prize flights include taxes, fees and charges. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her travelling companion must travel both the outbound and inbound journeys together and all the components of the Grand Prize must be taken together.
5. In line with the EU Directive Denied Boarding Compensation is not applicable on free of charge tickets

The winner will be notified by phone or email on or before 4th April 2016 and given details of how to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to HKTB within 72 hours of being notified by HKTB, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and HKTB shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from HKTB within 72 hours (of that prize draw) or else they will also forfeit their prize. HKTB will provide the personal data of the winner to the prize sponsors on a confidential basis for the purpose of the redemption of the prize.

I had the same problem on my laptop, but i entered with no problem on the wife's Kindle. Hope this helps.
