Bob How are you now? Feeling 100% again? Hope so.
Thanks for asking lovely. I'm still mending I'd say. My tummy isn't great by the end of each day but I'm sure it's normal and all will be well. DD isn't very well now. I suspect teething causing her to swallow too much saliva. Nappies a go go :rotfl:" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

So anyway, I'm just learning to accept the fact that I'm rubbish first thing in the morning, no matter what I do... Meh. I always pick up a bit as the day goes on and am almost 'chipper' this evening. Well - I would be if I hadn't had a small accident with my knee and an ice scraper which has left me in considerable pain...crazy_cat_lady wrote: »

I am terrible too in the morning and then come the evening am full of energy and end up sitting up too late and then the cycle starts again. Even an early night doesn't seem to make any difference. Forgot to call the docs about my neck and headaches which aren't helping right now especially when they occur during the night.
Ouch, doesn't sound nice. Hope you're ok xDMP Started June 20160 -

We had a lovely hike for virtually no cost.
* Petrol was "free" as it was the fuel I didn't use on Wed because I had a days holiday.
* Took a flask and snacks with us.
* Wore a jacket I virtually never wear. I should get some use out of it. It cost me £75 a few years ago and has sat unworn since then.
* Resisted getting a takeaway on the way home. Made peri peri chicken instead even though we were tired after our 10 mile short hike.
* Washed and dried boots afterwards to prolongue their life. Did not dry on radiator as this weakens the shoe glue.
* Dried and stored rucksack carefully. I've managed to make it last three years plus, which considering how many climbs and hikes I've done with it, is good going. It was £29 which is expensive but it's lasting superbly well. (Reduced from £75.) I tired of buying £5 ones that fell apart. I recommend Jeep brand. I think it came with a durability guarantee too.
