If you cannot get to Cash Convertors before they shut then you are not going to get to the bank before it shuts.
So assuming this isnt a wind up, put up a buy it now auction on ebay for £15 for your mobile phone or computer or for something in your house and hope that someone buys it and pays via paypal in the next hour...you can transfer money to your bank account within a few minutes.
If you choose some high value item, I Phone 4/5/6 or whatever someone will buy it instantly and pay. Obviously you can hold on to the item until they open a non-delivery dispute and they will get their money back, just make sure you have the £15 in your Paypal account when they do.

Who do you bank with? Do you not have an over draft or an account that allows small scale emergency borrowing like barclays current accounts etc?
If the bill is only £10 then you might get lucky and the bank will pay it putting you into an unauthorised overdraft and charge you daily until you pay it off, plus a transaction fee. Problem is though banks are not consistent when it comes to this type of service and they might just decline the transaction.
Other than that you can only follow the advice of the other posters as options seem to be limited.0 -
I would not go to the trouble of setting up an account her if this was a wind up, who would I be winding up?
Errrm that sounds like fraud though to me right!/0 -
Yes this is the first thing I tried and unfortunately didn't work.
I think maybe Glentoran's paypal suggestion was best but not sure how to do it0 -
Sorry Glentoran, sorry mate. JUst seen this.
Can you explain how I do this again?
Send £10 to someone you know and if you have direct debit from your bank as funding source it wont come out of your bank until Friday, (or maybe even Monday) and they send it straight back , you then have the £10 to withdraw to your acount0 -

You need to know someone who has a Paypal account.
You send them £10 or any amount of money which comes out of your bank account using BACS/Direct Debit which takes 3 days.
You get your friend to send you the £10 back and you withdraw that to your bank account which uses faster payments and is clear within 2 hours usually 1 minute.
And presto you have yourself an interest free 3 day loan.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Very handy when you forget February has 29 days and not 28 and you get paid a day later than expecting0 -
