I only contacted the Smart (not) parking people. Didn't bother with SD.

I just sent the template in blue writing as in the noob post, but changed the PCN number and put my name/address.

That's all. I expected it to be a little harder than this, but glad it's sorted.

Jolly good, and thanksfor coming back to report your success! The NEWBIES thread short appeal on its own does get some to cancel early.

Smart Parking being one which knows they can't win against a registered keeper appellant citing the POFA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I never seen any signs (not saying they wernt there) My wife went to the chippy while i sat and waited with the car. The photographs from Smart Parking Ltd show the car entering and exiting the park and i was there 22 mins, am i done £60 seems a little expensive

It is not a fine, it is a speculative invoice.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES, appeal using the BPA template in blue, then start your own thread if you need further help. Do not miss the appeal deadline and do not change the appeal template.

This thread is specific to the original poster who has already had their ticket cancelled.
