I can see that but it's hard to figure why they'd get some to provide the info online, very quick and cheap, and yet get others that could do it online to do it at the airport - oddChange is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0

I agree. Personally I think it's just plain daft to remove the ability to submit API online, whether you're checking in online or not. At the moment it's even worse, because for people like yourselves that don't check luggage, they're going to end up at the end of long queue just to check in (until the online check in is working properly).0 -
