I want to register an internet address which is due to expire in a few days.
When will it become available, as I know the current owner company no longer exists, therefore I expect it to become freely registerable on expiry?
Any ideas? Can I pre-reserve with Nominet?

no, you cannot pre-reserve and the problem is even when the registration expires then the company/isp it was registered with sometimes take a while to release it (I've know one take 6 months !!)Ex forum ambassador
