PIP mess up

MY PIP Claim has been with the DWP since June 2015, my paperwork has been lost twice & then the whole claim 'Put on the wrong system' Finally got things going again now, only to get a letter 3 days after I was told my claim was lost turning down my appeal. This was made entirely on my assessment which was nonsense, There was lots of comments about things she couldn't do as I felt 'dizzy' I didn't once during the medical, what I did feel was pain. Whole chunks have been missed out and some complete untruths. I cannot walk far & use a stick or frame to help I was marked as zero even though I was not asked to walk, as she though I could.
Going to tribunal now nervous as heck but I have to try.
