Poundland Puncture Repair kits RECALLED - DO NOT USE!

Saw a (tiny) poster outside our local Poundland that said a number of puncture repair kits sold in their stores used a glue which has been linked to causing cancer. You can return to the store for a refund. I thought I would post here as people buy them for their kids, so please check!

  • Unless your kids are repairing 20+ plus punctures a day with these kits, they are not at any real risk from very occasional exposure to the glue.

I'm only repeating what I saw so parents can choose whether to take that risk, minimal or not.
  • We don't have any notices up in ours, though I don't remember any being stocked since I started there in June...
