Credit cards with sign up bonuses/one off cash incentives

There doesn't seem to be anywhere that champions credit cards that pay one-off cash incentives so I thought it might be worth starting a thread on the subject.
There's two that I know of at the moment, First Direct and Nationwwide - both of these will pay £25 cash, although there are T&Cs to meet (which shouldn't be too tricky).
Links are as follows:
First Direct:

Nationwide:

You can add HSBC to that list.

Loads that pay out cashback through Quidco - probably true of other cashback sites as well

Hi
Can anyone remember the T & C for the First Direct £25 incentive?
I know it was for new customers to the first account, but can't remember if there was a minimum spend &/or a time limit0
