Yes, thats right - just had an online chat with a member of N/West...

DD pays on day 1, cashback appears in MyRewards on day 36.

the app is slightly misleading - when i log in today the My Rewards sections says something like "up to date as of 22/2/16" - I had a DD pay on 22/2/16 and, needless to say, this is not showing in MyRewards yet!

(it would probably be more helpful for it to use the the date of 35 days previously instead)

The reward will be listed the day after the DD is taken, around noon I think. You can't actually claim it until 35 days later but you can see it the next day as a Pending cashback e.g. "Pending Rewards £37.10"

ah i see thanks! have just logged into the full website and see that the 3% from yesterday's DD is in my pending rewards.
