Natest Reward Account: worth it?

Yes, thats right - just had an online chat with a member of N/West...
DD pays on day 1, cashback appears in MyRewards on day 36.
the app is slightly misleading - when i log in today the My Rewards sections says something like "up to date as of 22/2/16" - I had a DD pay on 22/2/16 and, needless to say, this is not showing in MyRewards yet!
(it would probably be more helpful for it to use the the date of 35 days previously instead)0 -

The reward will be listed the day after the DD is taken, around noon I think. You can't actually claim it until 35 days later but you can see it the next day as a Pending cashback e.g. "Pending Rewards £37.10"Mortgage (Nov 15): £79,950 | Mortgage (May 19): £71,754 | Mortgage (Sep 22): £0
Cashback sites: £900 | £30k in 2016: £30,300 (101%)0 -
ah i see thanks! have just logged into the full website and see that the 3% from yesterday's DD is in my pending rewards.
