Energy supply still not changed

After registering for the cheap energy deal with British Gas special from Martin Lewis back in November, my current provider has still not received notification to switch the gas supply, although the electric has been completed. When i spoke to British Gas, they cannot offer this low tariff as it is not their product. I cannot find anywhere to go to report this failure of transfer or to get this actioned.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know who i need to contact to push this?

    What does it say when you log back into cheap energy club? Doe sit say switch in progress?

    When you first applied for the switch, did you click on the deal you wanted(the brish gas one) and fill out the form correctly?

    If you did email the cheapenergyclub and asked them what happened to your switch.
