    What can I do?

Ask them not to do it again? Not much else unless you are actually suffering from ill effects which you can prove are related to the fumigation.

If you've had the same headache for a full week, despite taking pain relief, you should probably go and see your GP.

Top tip: NEVER, EVER keep your toothbrush in any bathroom where others have access to it.

One evening I was sitting downstairs at the house of three sharing friends. Well, two sharing friends and one serious Fr33l0ader. She didn't pay them rent, she ate all their food and she'd phone them for free taxis everywhere (they were taxi drivers).

There we were, sitting in the living room and the two guys were furious at how she was treating them like mugs. Then the ginger fat lad stood up .... and went upstairs .... and a minute later he was down BEAMING!!! and waving a toothbrush around. "It's hers!!" he exclaimed "And I've just shoved it right up my a**".

    Oh the hilarity .....

So... don't ever leave your toothbrush around.

Not only that but if someone flushes the toilet without the lid down the plumb from flushing can reach up to 6 feet from the toilet....nice.

OP, why are you still in this property? You don't seem to have been happy in this place for quite some time now.

You probably ingest more fungicide and insecticide by eating inorganic fruit and veg than landed on your toothbrush.
Insecticides are often systemic nownow, so no amount of washing rids the fruit of nasties.

Why not ask the agent or landlord to notify you notify you of works on the future?

I've looked at other properties but nothing we like the look of has come up. We don't want to move out into another problem house. Not a lot comes up on market round here
