I live in Scotland and have a defaulted account that is currently with a debt collection agency (Scotcall). At the end of this month, that will be 6 years from the start date of the default. The account hasn't been 'Satisfied' however I have been making regular monthly payments. I am looking to know whether the default will drop off my account....??
