Resolver tool success.

Hi all, just to let you know about a success using the resolver tool.
I saw that you could claim back charges if you felt you were mis-sold an upgraded account, I felt this was eligible for me as I was given a Gold account with Lloyds because they said I needed it when I was putting on overdraft on my account.
Cut a long story short, I done the tool on Friday morning, received a call a few hours later and combed through some details. the person said they'd investigate it and get back to me Monday. I was a bit wary that I'd get anything back as I'd used the mobile phone insurance twice in 2014 & 2015 (Although still had to pay £50 each time!) So I had a phone call today going through all details today saying that it would've been cheaper for me to have stayed on the original account and that I'd be refunded for the charges and interest which all came to a nice sum of £430. Score! Will be going straight onto the CC payment.

Been mulling this over for a while but thought there was no way we would get anything back. Then I received a letter from Lloyds saying they were removing vantage and it annoyed me so I thought what the heck.
So after changing to lloyds club, I used the Resolver on this site on Tues night to see if I could claim anything back and only used a couple of the reasons listed.
Got two phone calls from a guy from Lloyds yesterday, the second saying I did have a case but they were turning me down on a couple of points with regards my awareness the AA cover and mobile phone insurance. However today, 36 hours after clicking the send button on resolver I got a just a couple of quid short of £1700 credited into our account! :beer::j:rotfl:0
