Hey all,
We've been with Virgian Media for 14 years and for us their service has been OK but not great by any stretch. We're considering moving to another provider. We currently have TV, Phone and Broadband with Virgin Media. We pay for 50MB internet but most of the time we don't get that speed. We pay £64 a month and my Mum gets her international channels lol....
Just wanting to test the waters....Does anyone know of any good alternatives to the package we have at present? I have gone on Sky's website and done their package builder but the selection of international channels was pretty crap for the money.
Cheers,
I.

Do remember that the (tongue-in-cheek?) suggestion to have both providers (while definitely the best of both worlds) is by no means a money-saving option.Ahhhh cool. Good thinking there. Thanks guys. I will call Sky for TV and haggle tomorrow. Appreciate the help.
Expect to pay far more than £64 a month if you want to keep Virgin BB and 'phone, while going to Sky for (presumably) a similar TV service to what you have now...0 -

As I might need to move to Virgin broadband when I move house, I was just wondering are Virgin as open to haggling over TV prices as Sky are?
Was offered 50% off again for 12 months after cancelling, and that was the first day after the cancellation went through, would hope to push for more if I do eventually renew with them.0
