PPI Questions

Options
Hi Guys, new to all this PPI stuff. Couple of questions.

I had a barclaycard and am not sure if i had PPI but am going to write to them. Was going to send the letter for the closed account but looked on website for barclays and they say you need to fill in a form which asks all sorts of questions i dont feel i should answer.
Do i need to fill this in or should the standard MSE letter suffice?

Can you ask about PPI on a mortgage? sorry if this is a daft question but i had some further advnaces on my mortgage (3 of them) so not sure if these are part of it.

Thanks

Why don't you feel you should answer the questions?

I guess my question is are they trying to trip me up and wriggle out of it. I've nothing to hide by the way!

That is fine. They can make a decision based on the information they have available which will reduce the chances of success for you.

Go with their own form. Not the MSE one.

You can. However, the issues in respect of MPPI are different to loan PPI.
