To be honest they're identical in spec as far as I can see (in terms of CPU, RAM, Gen etc...)
Personally, I'd prefer MSI over Asus.
The MSI also seems to have a 2 year warranty vs Asus 1 year warranty and also the MSI has a larger battery.0
