Garden House

Good afternoon all, I am building quite a large garden house in, funnily enough, my garden. I have been quoted all manner of prices from timber frame companies but have connections in the refrigeration world. So I will be erecting it from 80mm structural insulated panels (SIPS), basically fridge panels (pre insulated and cut to size and free!!).
The structure will have bifolding doors, 7m wide. The 80mm walls aren’t exactly thick enough to install an RSJ beam to support the roof above them, unless someone can tell me different.
So my question is, does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to resolve this, I am thinking a wooden beam, but will this bow? The only other option I have at the moment is to extend the roof about a metre from the front and place insert pillars to support.
I have a PDF drawing of the design I can send across if this helps?
Thanks in advance

7m is quite a span, you're likely to need a steel goalpost arrangement for something as big as that - can the company providing the sips panels not give you the correct specifications? Anytime I have used on they will always provide engineers details with the kit...
