Almond Milk

Almond milk is superb in taste .I have tried many milks but out of all I liked Almond milk a lot as it has varied advantages like it helps for weight management ,keeps healrt healthy ,keeps bones strong ,helps to keep skin glowing etc .

It's not like cows milk, it lasts a lot longer and I freeze some.

If you have a blender, just add almonds and water and blend.

Then drain using a nut milk bag and you have homemade almond milk at around half the price of the supermarket stuff. Lasts 3-4 days in fridge.

Can also use cashew nuts (no straining needed), coconut, hazelnuts etc...

Fair enough - I occasionally freeze almond milk, but it flocculates when I do so I prefer not to.
