Hi.

I had an email more then 28 days ago informing me I had won:
'Make arcade goodies' - sew mag
'one of five ethical beauty vouchers' - natural health mag

I replied the same day with my address both emails from the same lady but different one for each mag.

Just wondered if anyone else won and have had any problems?
I have emailed again the lady who sent me emails about my wins and no reply yet and I have just sent a facebook messaged both company to ask what I should do.

Yes, me too with Natural Health. I won a 3 day juice cleanse that is being sent direct from the supplier company. I got an email saying I'd won and to reply within X amount of days to claim my prize. I replied straight away. They replied to tell me to expect another email from the appropriate department. I got an email from the other department and confirmed my address etc which I replied to. Then heard nothing for two weeks. I emailed both the original person and the "other" department to ask for an update but heard nothing. Then emailed again 10 days later (yesterday) and got a reply today to say it can take 28 days but they'll prompt the supplier anyway. Shortly after this reply I had an email from the supplier asking me to complete a questionnaire so they can tailor my programme, confirm my address and the date I'd like the delivery. So either Natural Health had never passed on my details in the first place or the supplier had forgotten to get in touch. Either way it has been a bit of a faff!
