Well what a surprise, Notice of Discontinuance received on Friday 15th July, after all the work and stress. Not sure if this was decided after they received my witness statement on Tuesday or if it was decided before. Will be contacting the court tomorrow to ensure that it has been discontinued, as I don't trust MIL one iota. Thanks to all who have helped and given their advice over the last few months, I am grateful to you all for your comments and suggestions. Thank you again.0

You should frame the Notice - it was all your own work.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
