Should I wait before I apply for finance?

Hi all,
I'm hoping for some friendly advice
I want to apply for finance to fund a motorcycle through Santander consumer finance and I'm not sure whether to apply now due to an electoral roll issue on my credit reports.
Basically, I moved house back in July 2015, registered on the electoral roll and had written confirmation from the council in September. I have checked my credit report on Experian, Equifax and Call Credit, and only Experian is showing that I am registered; Equifax and Call Credit are saying I am not.
I have read that Santander mainly use Experian to check, but also use Equifax and Call Credit, so I am thinking that as I'm showing as registered on Experian it shouldn't be an issue? But Im not 100% whether to go ahead and apply now (there is a great deal I want that expires next week), or wait until I'm showing as registered on the other two companies also to boost my chances?
I have emailed Equifax and Call credit with a copy of the council letter confirming my registration but am yet to receive a reply.
Has anyone had a similar experience or can anyone offer any advice?
Thanks
