Can I make multiple BT with Tesco No fee card?

Is it possible to transfer balances from 3 cards within the first 3 months and them all to attract no fee with the 21-month No fee Tesco balance transfer card?
Also, does the 21-month transfer period start from when I got the card(Jan 16) or (March 16) when I plan to transfer the money?
