What is the best way to transfer money from a Bermuda HSBC account to UK please?

HSBC UK offer free transfers to HSBC worldwide, but will charge for currency conversion if it's needed.0 -
It's transferring wages, so would be a monthly thing. I think HSBC you have to have $100,000 dollars in the account for it to be free, which we do not have.0
