Good energy deals with paper billing and cash payment?

Any suggestions on energy suppliers offering competitive tariffs that allow you to keep quarterly paper billing and allow cash/cheque payment at the bank or post office?

I've got an elderly relative who's on a standard tariff and paying over the odds, unfortunately my relative is rather set in their ways and doesn't want to go DD or online payment so this rules out most of the tariffs.

I would suggest you help your elderly neighbour consult a comparison site to find the best deal for them.

Some comparison sites have more options of filtering to help you.
e.g. Energylynx allows you to filter just "pay on receipt of bill" tariffs (you can opt for monthly, quarterly, or both) and also "off-line tariffs only" which I would have thought would result in paper bills ... but check carefully. :)

They all seem to allow cash/cheque payment presumably at a bank (you may need to check individually for a post office, but I expect most will too).

Find the best deal, and then double check it ticks all the boxes your neighbours require :)
