1. The prize comprises:
(a) Four (4) standard tickets to a Sky Bet Football League match
(b) £500 in the form of a cheque made payable to the prize winner only
(c) Four (4) Return Economy train tickets from the winners choice of (one) location to (one) location near the winners Football match of choice as deemed appropriate by Channel 5 and subject to availability.
(d) Two nights' accommodation at a hotel of Channel 5s choosing at a location deemed appropriately close to the Football grounds by Channel 5 and at their sole discretion. This will be based on the prize winner sharing with one companion a twin/double room on room-only basis and the other two guests sharing a second twin/double room on room-only basis

2. Subject to availability, the prize winner will receive four (4) standard tickets to a Sky Bet Championship, a League One or a League Two match of their choice taking place during the 2016 regular season. Tickets will be subject to availability at the time of booking. The prize winner will have a choice of matches but the prize excludes tickets to all sold out matches.
3. Within 28 days of the date upon which the prize provider sends notification to the prize winner of their win, the prize winner must notify the prize provider of the match he/she wishes to attend and provide all the other information requested by the prize provider or the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected at random.
4. The prize provider will send tickets via registered post to the prize winner, however, if for whatever reason this is not possible, tickets (booked under winner's name) may need to be collected from the home team's stadium on match day. Upon collection of tickets, the prize winner will be requested to show appropriate ID proving they are over 18 as well as a copy of the confirmation from the prize provider. Failure to do so will result in tickets being withdrawn
5. The prize winner and guests will be bound by any rules of conduct set out by the relevant football club and the Football League (see https://www.football-league.co.uk/ticketconditions)
6. This competition is open to those who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone subject to a Football League banning order is excluded from entering or from being a guest of the prize winner.
7. Travel, food and beverages, and accommodation not specifically set out in these terms and any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the prize winner are not included in the prize.
8. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Re-sale of tickets in strictly prohibited.
9. In the event of the match being postponed, tickets for that game will be voided. The prize provider will not provide tickets for any rearranged fixture.
10. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
11. Choice of Hotel accommodation will be provided by Channel 5 and choice of accommodation is at Channel 5’s sole discretion.
