Help to buy ISA

Hello,
I am considering whether to get an help to buy isa with halifax paying 4% interest however I have around £30,000 saved up in a cash isa over the years. This cash isa pays 1% interest. I was wondering whether it is worthwhile paying into a HTB isa in the new year given that that I can only pay £1,000 then £200 etc and abandoning my existing isa or stay as I am?
Your assistance would be much appreciated.
