E-on Tariff Change

Hi,
I've just moved into a new property and used Cheap Energy Club to switch over to E.ON Collective Feb 2016 Online. I received an email from Cheap Energy Club on 8/2/16 advising that the switch is in progress, however I have heard nothing since. I telephoned E.ON this morning and they cannot see me or a switch on their systems.
Any idea when I will receive something from E.ON, or how I can check what is happening?

Good morning Martin and welcome to the forum.
When you first moved in to the property did you contact the current supplier to let them have your details and set up an account for you?
A change of supply takes around 17 days and you should have received your welcome pack a few days after accepting the switch, or an email from us.
The first thing to do would be to contact the cheap energy club and check all the right details are there, meter numbers, address etc.
We can then go from there.

molerat is correct, we'd estimated a read for the date of the change of tariff, unless we had an accurate read then we'd use that.
If you did have any reads for the particular day, we'd be more than happy to change the estimated read for you.
If it was way out, we could use an accurate up to date read to re-estimate.

Thanks for your reply, I will wait and see what your estimate is, as I input readings on the 10/Feb and 19/Feb, your estimate should be near enough.
But we are told often enough to give readings to ensure accurate bills not estimates, I would have thought Eon could have sent an e- mail asking for a meter reading when they updated my account, which is what I had expected to happen.
