Hi
Looking to get replace existing laminateiflooringoin our living room, dining room and hallway. Total would be about 50 sq m. I was looking at good quality laminate or engineered wood. I heard of quick step as good laminate but they almost cost same as engineered wound (around £20/25 per sqm).
My query is is one better than the other?
Also any thoughts on electric underfloor heating. I know it will consume about 150w/m2 electricity but would appreciate if someone can advise on which ones to get and how much installation cost it may be. Ta
