I signed up to Autoaid 3-4 weeks ago and phoned them today to find out why I had not received any documents.Tried the number on their website (01277235500) and got through to the switcboard where I was put on hold for twenty minutes before I hung up.Tried the same number this pm and was told I was through to the "mechanically insurance division" but the office was closed until Monday.So where did Autoaid go???
