Painting staircase and landings: What is a reasonable charge?

I live in a modern six storey block of flats in London, with two or three flats at each level. The internal paint work of the common parts, which are a small ground floor entrance, staircase, and small landings at each floor, is now tired. The plaster finish on the walls and the woodwork is very good. The doors, including fire doors do not need painting, as they are wood. Each half landing on the staircase has a large window, which is wood frame and does not need painting. The stainless steel elevator doors on each floor do not need painting.. The railing on the stairs does not need painting, nor do the glass balustrades.
Including all the specified areas which do not need painting, the total area that is to be decorated is 140 square meters. The ceiling height is 2.35 m.
What would a reasonable charge be for white Dulux Diamond matt on the walls, ordinary matt on the ceiling - no change of colour? There are also 14 painted finish pillars that need painting in a contrasting colour, also Diamond matt, and colour to be changed. The architraves and skirting are to be finished in gloss, as are 7 half height service doors.
What would be a reasonable charge for decorating to a good, professional standard? Especially as we do not choose the contractor but have to pay for him, I'm not keen on being ripped off. Thank you.
