Fitbit Charge HR wont sync

Hi my OH has a fitbit Charge HR and it hasnt synced with his phone since 2 Feb.
He has tried deleting the app, reinstalling it, tried turning bluetooth off and back on again, turning phone on and off and it wont sync.
Anybody have any ideas on what else he can do.

There are lots of threads on the fitbit boards about this.
What i found was having two items linked to the FB (ie. phone and comp) both with bluetooth on caused issues.
ClickyNever put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow..

Try using the bluetooth resolver app to rectify the issue.In my case i updated my android version on phone which sorted my issues0
