Comes with planing permission to revert back to domestic anyone purchase this way and reverted back successfully

    You mean it already has planning permission for residential use? Really depends what the property is - you've called it a "house", so I presume there's not too much needing done to it? Mortgage lenders will probably want bathroom/kitchen to be installed first.
  • There is a kitchen and toilets no bath planing permission to revert back to domestic in place
