I was in Toolstation yesterday, St Helens
There was this guy there with a built in shower valve, buying 600mm flexible tap connectors to connect to the shower.
Not only will these cheap braided flexis rust when the pipes are plastered over, the bore of the hoses will be about 8mm. Severely reducing the flow to the shower.

Ha haa ha haaa ha haaa.. that's nearly as bad as the flexi I found connecting the incoming rising main to the system

How do you know he was a plumber or builder? Could have been a homeowner looking for an easy DIY fix. Toolstation is not the preserve of the Tradesman0
