Would I Be Stupid Taking A 10Month Baby To Egypt In Nov?

Looking to go away first week in November. Must be nice sunny weather and also looking for All Inclusive.
Can't really find a nice AI hotel in the canary Islands (From what i've seen) so looking at Egypt.
Few people have said it wouldn't be the best place to go with a baby. Some say it is very hot there and a problem with the water.
Any experiences of what it is liek there and have taken a baby there would be good to hear from you.
Or a good Canary Island hotel.
