Debenhams Flowers - don't bother

Just a warning to not use Debenhams Flowers. Have used them in the past but recently had a very poor experience with them - and judging from their Twitter feed am not the only one!
...

My boyfriend ordered some flowers from Debenhams for Valentines day for me. He arranged for them to be delivered last Friday (12th) as I was working from home. Anyway, long story short, they didn't arrive. Debenhams said next day. Ddin't arrive. Then V-day - you guessed it, they didn't arrive. Complained on twitter, as it appears did a lot of other Debenhams customers - flowers either not arriving, or arriving damaged or poor quality. Anyway long story short, Debenhams eventually agreed a refund and said they would still deliver the flowers.
Well it's now the 18th and still no sign of the flowers... Yes they gave my boyfriend a refund without any quibbles (as they should as they had very clearly failed to fulfil their contract!) but the whole point is that the flowers were for Valentine's Day.

Oh well, you live and learn! As someone else has mentioned on the thread Bloom and Wild are very good so will be sticking with them in future!
