Greenstar Energy beware
Hi,
I changed providers a few months ago and I have now discovered that, although I pay monthly, my bills are every 3 months.
It seems useless that I cannot track my energy usage every month.
I complained and they said it was in their term and conditions and if I wanted to leave it would cost me £30 per fuel.
Seems madness in this day and age.

Track it yourself. It is not rocket science. All the information you need is available on the internet. I submit readings monthly and when the bill is produced it is within 1p of my calculation.0
