Long story short but hoping someone will be able to advice
Ex left nearly six years ago - always said he wouldn't sign anything to do with divorce so I duly waited five years and then used solicitor to get everything moving and divorce through in Oct last year but financial settlement not completed as ex won't get a solicitor.....so have been for mediation - I went he didn't so now paper signed to say next step court......why he won't engage I've no idea - he rents a property and works full time. Im still living in the family home and want to move on with my life - I've paid the mortgage since he left and all bills/ debts that are in joint names- obviously now my Only option is court I believe?? Will the judge take into account all that I have paid in the last five years? Is there anything to be gained by not going to court and just ignoring financial side .......as you can tell I'm a little lost
