PIP medical assessment.

I attended an assessment with a friend who claimed PIP. She attended the assessment with me in support. We requested the report and their are a few comments were made were supposed of said and we disagree and it was twisted. Like me my friend has mental health issues and I and feels her condition and how it effects her have,been overlooked. The assessment has stated was taken by a registered nurse.

Did the medical reports etc from her GP and other medical professionals confirm what she said at the assessment or/and PIP forms.0

What was your friend's mental health diagnosis? Do they have a CPN or a Psychiatrist involved in their care?0

So she has had the decision letter?
Has she asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration? She'd have a month from the date of the letter to do so0 -
She has a mind support worker, adult support (social services abd been put on sick from gp etc.0

so what did her medical reports say to back up the claim?0
