1. 'For Her' Competition 2016 1.1. The promoter of this competition is: Joules Limited, Joules Building, 16 The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU (“Joules”)
THE COMPETITION

1.2. This ‘For Her Competition 2016’ (the “Competition”) is a competition organised by Joules.
1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
1.4. This Competition will run for the “Competition Period” which shall be from 1st February 2016 (at 00.00 hours for online entries and from store opening time for in-store entries) until 29th February 2016 (23:59 hours for online entries and store closing time for in-store entries) (the “Closing Date”). By entering this Competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference.
1.5. To participate in this Competition, entrants (and their Nominees, as defined below), must not be Joules employees, third parties involved in the Competition, their families, agents or anyone else in any way professionally connected with this Competition, and must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”): a. reside in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland; and b. be at least 16 years of age or older.
1.6. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize. Joules may ask the winner to provide proof of age.
