Had a hiccup with oh's laptop which suddenly lost the start menu, checked and reinstalled as per the instructions on here http://home.bt.com/tech-gadgets/computing/has-your-windows-10-start-menu-stopped-working-here-are-four-ways-to-fix-it-11364000314532
However win app store and some apps are not working, they load with a blue screen and some writing along the top. It disappears too quick to write down though.
Am now stumped, can anyone help?

I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

System File Checker as per number 1 on the link shown. Anyway, thanks for the help, a system restore back to 31/01/2016 seems to have worked and all are back to where they should be, fingers crossed.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
