Hi
I currently have a Barclaycard with a balance on, they have offered me 0% interest on a cash transfer, can I make a transfer to my bank and pay off my existing balance and pay no further interest until X date?
Thanks

Yes you can make a money transfer to a current account in your name and then pay the Barclaycard balance but there will be a money transfer fee to consider.0

hi, yes you are right in what you are saying but i have found that barclaycard money transfers deals are short for example only 12 months where as MBNA will give you deals for 24 months depending upon your credit history. Also don't forget there will be a handling fees in both of the offers normally 1.89% or more0
