We're looking at using this scheme along with the help to buy. We'd sell our home through them and reserve a plot. However an email we have had from he agents being used say we have to pay 1.5% fees to sell ours which is expected but then we have to pay £1950 to complete on the new house. Is this correct?

Ask Taylor for a copy of the T&C's. That's the only way you'll know for sure.0

According to... https://www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/buying-with-us/special-offers/terms-and-conditionsEasymover
This offer is subject to status and only available on selected developments and properties. It is not offered with any other promotion unless by special arrangement by us. Photography and computer generated images are indicative of typical Taylor Wimpey homes.
Based on the existing home being valued by our agent and using the easymover scheme, agreed estate agents fees will be paid.
Offer can be withdrawn at any time.
You shouldn't be paying any agent fees...0 -
agreed estate agents fees will be paid.
Doesn't say by who.....0 -
Because we're using Help to Buy they don't cover the fees. But we thought we would only pay fees on selling our house not buying the new build.0
